Director of Operations Vacancy
Director of Operations
Location: Flexible, with weekly visits to Dudley and London to be required.
Having recently gone through a period of change, we are now seeking a motivational and progressive Director of Operations to ensure that we continue to deliver first class, consistent and high-quality support in our services for those with gambling addiction.
As a central member of our Senior Management Team, you will work in partnership with team members, the Chief Executive, Board of Trustees, and our committed staff and volunteers to ensure we maintain focus and energy on delivering life changing treatment services and on meeting our strategic objectives.
We are looking for an inspirational, innovative and quality-driven person with a track record in effective service delivery; and a strong performance management focus. You will need to be able to measure and evaluate the impact of our treatment services.
You will be able to give focus and clear direction to your teams and be an expert in developing key relationships. Alongside your operational expertise you will be absolutely in tune with our values and mission, keen to share in the collective responsibility for the overall leadership of the organisation and committed to supporting those in recovery. You will have experience in social care, health, addiction services, housing support or similar within the not for profit sector.
