GMA Internal Review

We are currently undertaking an internal review of all of our service delivery and programmes in order to explore what we are doing well and to identify areas where improvements could be made. 

The review involves consulting with our service users, staff, commissioners and partner services, through a series of conversations, questionnaires and focus groups. In addition, we are reviewing our key processes and documentation. 

The review is being led by our new Director of Operations, and will run from October to end of January 2019. A full findings report will be drafted, which will include recommendations for improvement, to be implemented over 2019, in line with our wider strategic plans.
