New eLearning course on Understanding Problem Gambling now available

Gambling Compliance has launched an eLearning course on Understanding Problem Gambling to increase awareness amongst gambling operators of the signs of problem gambling and how best to support those customers who need help.

• How to identify problem gambling and appropriate action to take
• How to talk about problem gambling and provide support
• When to refer someone for help
• Identifying suitable help and support services
